Ana Luther is a registered patent attorney with over 18 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Her practice focuses on domestic and international patent prosecution across a range of technologies, particularly electrical and computer systems. She also advises clients on intellectual property strategies and related business matters.
Prior to joining Kennedy Lenart IP, Ana practiced at multiple patent boutiques based in Austin, Texas, where she prepared and prosecuted U.S. and foreign patent applications and counseled clients on intellectual property matters. Earlier in her career, she worked as part of the in-house legal team at a large semiconductor manufacturer, supporting patent licensing activities and conducting intellectual property research and infringement-related analysis.
Ana earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
